Abstract

This research aimed to compile, analyze, and classify judgments issued by the Judiciary of the province of Jujuy in cases related to consumer rights. These cases were adjudicated by the Civil and Commercial Chambers and the Superior Court of Justice of Jujuy, which intervened in either affirming or overturning the lower court decisions.

The study involved the collection, classification, and analysis of consumer law rulings issued after the enactment of the National Civil and Commercial Code. This process included gathering and examining relevant local and national legal doctrine and jurisprudence. The findings from this research led to substantive conclusions and a proposed framework for future work, informed by the insights gained during the investigation period.
