Aspectos positivos en la regulación del derecho real de propiedad horizontal

Abstract

Con una mirada positiva a la nueva regulación del derecho real de Propiedad Horizontal que hace el Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación me detendré en algunos aspectos que se plasmaron en él y que tuvieron como fuente principal la experiencia de la vida cotidiana de los consorcios de propietarios, como así también en las propuestas de la doctrina y la jurisprudencia.

Será la aplicación en el tiempo de estos cambios que establece la nueva normativa  lo que permitirá concluir de manera certera si lo que veíamos como positivo finalmente logró su cometido.

Abstract

With a positive look at the new regulation of the real right of Horizontal Property that makes the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation. I will stop in some aspects that were embodied in it and that had as main source the experience of the daily life of the consortia of owners, as well as in the proposals of the doctrine and jurisprudence.

It will be the application in time of these changes established by the new regulations, which will allow us to conclude in an accurate manner if what we saw as positive finally achieved its purpose.
