Need and consumption from the SSE: "Quarantine Catamarqueña"

Abstract

The reality of the province of Catamarca in various aspects is different from the rest of the country, especially with regard to prevention measures that came into effect on March 12, 2020. This was the first indicator that marked a before and a then in the daily habits and practices of the social actors of the Catamarca community. This essay aims to rethink about what practices and strategies did the SSE actors implement during quarantine in relation to the needs and consumption they satisfy? This reflection mobilizes the need to place ourselves in a context of virtuality for which the majority of the community was not prepared. For this reason, from the provincial energy infrastructure to the minimum knowledge in the management of social networks, they were put to evaluation to be able to keep in communication with the environment.
