The UCSE Free Legal Clinic is a tool for access to JUSTICE for people in situations of social vulnerability

Abstract

It is the obligation of the State to arbitrate the means so that the fundamental right of Access to Justice conventionally recognized by the international community and embodied in the Argentine Constitution is effective. There are public and private institutions that fulfill this purpose, among them the Free Legal Clinic of the FCPSyJ (UCSE) that provides its important contribution in free conditions, becoming a significant object of study.
The research carried out attempted to reflect, from a critical and constructive attitude, on the work carried out in the Clinic in order to listen to the mechanisms that contribute to the attention of different problems that arise in the executed, and consequently provide knowledge for the effectiveness of Justice. in the vulnerable sectors of the province. from Santiago del Estero.
The UCSE Legal Clinic advises all those individuals who, unable to pay for legal representation, resort to it, if they meet the conditions established in the Internal Regulations that govern its operation. Its headquarters are in strategic areas of the capital city of Sgo. del Estero, La Banda, and other towns in the provincial interior. Provides legal representation in Family Law processes, Community Mediation, and extrajudicial procedures.
