Abstract

This experience is based on the years in which I worked in the Quality Area of a small and medium-sized company (SME) based in Jujuy, specializing in the development of customized software based in the ISO 9001:2015 Standard accompanied by conclusions derived from the experience. To facilitate the understanding of the implications associated with the certification of a quality standard in the Information Technology (IT) sector, both nationally and internationally.

Licenciada en Sistemas egresada de la Facultad de Ingeniería de la Universidad Nacional de Jujuy. Diplomada Superior en Testing de Software en la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. Diplomada en Gestión Integral de la Calidad en la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. Auditor interno de sistemas de gestión de la calidad, según la norma IRAM-ISO 19011 certificada por IRAM. Tester QA egresada del Programa Codo a Codo 4.0. Formador profesional certificado por AHK Argentina - Cámara de Industria y Comercio Argentina Alemana. Miembro de la Comisión de Trabajo de Calidad en CESSI. Participante del espacio de calidad del Polo IT de Buenos Aires.
