Determinación de los factores de riesgo causantes de hechos accidentológicos sobre Ruta Nacional N° 66 en la provincia de Jujuy

Resumen

La presente investigación tiene como objeto de estudio realizar un análisis de los diferentes hechos de tránsito ocurridos en el año 2016 y 2017, sobre la Ruta Nacional Nº 66 de la provincia de Jujuy-Argentina, en su tramo comprendido desde su inicio Km. 0 hasta su Km. 11, logrando identificar los factores de riesgo, que causan hechos de tránsito. Esta autopista urbana constituye el ingreso principal a la capital jujeña y un nexo con los países limítrofes de Bolivia y Chile alcanzando atraer un gran número de vehículos de todo tipo (motovehículos, automóviles, camiones, colectivos y otros). Demandando la necesidad de brindar un servicio de infraestructura, acorde a las necesidades viales del usuario. Por lo tanto, representa un complejo campo de acción, para los actuales diseñadores; quienes deben tener en cuenta, no solo los factores físicos del diseño, sino también su impacto social y ambiental. De este modo, la alteración en el espacio público, debe estar regulado y acorde a las Normas de Diseño, vigentes en la República Argentina. La muestra de análisis se centra en la selección de 21 hechos de tránsito, en el tramo de estudio y las variables de cada uno de ellos, como (día, hora, sentido de circulación, ubicación geografía, etc.). Llegando a la conclusión de haber identificado en la Ruta Nacional N° 66 la mayor concentración de accidentes, a los que llamaremos puntos negros o grises según la gravedad de los mismos. Logrando, identificar factores de riesgo existentes en cada punto.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study: perform an analysis of the accident data that occurred in 2016 and 2017 on National Route No. 66 of the province of Jujuy-Argentina, in its section from the beginning Km. 0 to its Km. 11, managing to identify the risk factors that cause traffic events. This urban highway constitutes the main entrance to the capital of Jujeña and a link with the bordering countries of Bolivia and Chile realizing a large number of vehicles of all types motor vehicles, cars, trucks, buses and others. Demanding the need to provide an infrastructure service, according to the user's road needs. Therefore, it represents a complex field of action, for current designers; who must take into account, not only the physical factors of the design, but also its social and environmental impact. Thus, the alteration in the public space must be regulated and in accordance with the Design Standards, in force in the Argentine Republic. The analysis sample focuses on the selection of 21 transit events, in the study section and the variables of each of them, such as day, time, direction of circulation, geography location, etc.. Coming to the conclusion of having identified on National Route No. 66, despite being of the same characteristics in its extension; the existence of sectors that contain a greater concentration of accidents, than others. What we will call black or gray dots depending on their severity. Achieving, identify existing risk factors at each point.
